Personally, I love doing the Insanity workout but those workouts were between 30 and 60 minutes for 6 days a week. It got results but it was long. Then I did P90X and that was much longer! Sometimes P90X lasted up to 2 hours because I needed breaks!!! And then Yoga X is a set hour and a half!
