You seem to have some facts correct, but I am living breathing proof that you can lose 5 pounds a week by eating right, and NOT STARVING yourself with little to no exercise. The only exercise I got was from housework. Exercise actually does very little when it comes to weight loss however it is important as you need to maintain muscle. Every meal I prepared was delicious and I was never ever hungry. My doctor said I am the picture of health, I no longer take blood pressure pills and my blood work has been excellent.
